Two Day Festival of World Music and Performance
The Festival of Cultural Exchange was a weekend world block party produced by Portland Maine's Center for Cultural Exchange. The two day festival gathered musicians, artists, performers, street characters and food vendors from 25 countries with ten venues and tents and tables all along Portland's Congress Street.

The Video was Flyin'
The Video Fly extravaganza included:

    a performance at the Festival's launch Gala Event

    live processing of festival footage cablecast from noon - midnight Saturday and Sunday on Portland's Channel 4

    large scale video projection at venues and on buildings along Congress Street

    Maine's outstanding guest video artists, volunteers and student camera crews who shot footage and used Video Fly to process the signal live for cable cast and projection

    expert studio savvy and can-do gorilla know-how from Maine's best video engineers and enthusiasts and Portland's Community TV Network
