Built in A Day
Portland's Community TV Network station had temporarily moved to City Hall while they secured a new lease. They were running on bare bones equipment with most of their Studio packed away in boxes. Nevertheless, with great spirit and resolve, a fully equipped TV Studio was put together in record time (one day!) providing Video Fly processing and cable-cast throughout the Festival!
